Memento announced


The long awaited Memento game will be released on February 1, 2009 by Got Game Entertainment. This adventure game, based on CPAL3D technology, features Maxim Durand and Larisa Svetlova's search for stolen paintings at the request of Colonel Ostankovich, the commander of a special police department in St Petersburg.

Max’s investigation leads him to the catacombs of the famous Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg while Lara, a smart Russian police detective, follows a trace of the stolen painting to Scotland.

Memento boasts 46 locations across five European countries. Max and Lara travel to France, Russia, Scotland, Portugal and Finland to unveil the truth behind the mysterious art theft in the Hermitage.

Dead Mountaineer's Hotel delayed

Lighthouse Interactive, the publisher for Dead Mountaineer's Hotel has delayed the release of this adventure game to February 15, 2009.

Based on a story by the famous Russian authors, the Strugatsky Brothers, Dead Mountaineer's Hotel will have you playing the role of a vacationing police detective taking refuge at a remote inn in a snowy mountain range. While at the inn, you drawn to investigate and solve a intricate and bizarre murder.

Dead Mountaineer's Hotel feature five different endings controlled by the player's actions, decisions and behavior, over 120 pre-rendered locations and more than 15 3D character models featuring real-time shadows.

Got Game Entertainment will be releasing the Moorhuhn Big Adventure on January 13, 2009. The Big Adventure edition features two titles in a box: The Pharaoh’s Treasure and The Curse of the Gold.

Chronicles of Mystery: The Scorpio Ritual


City Interactive has announced the release of Chronicles of Mystery: The Scorpio Ritual. In this all new adventure game, the players' detective skills will be pushed to their limits as they travel the world in an attempt to unravel an ancient mystery.

The story follows archaeologist Sylvie Leroux as she travels the Mediterranean in search of her Uncle, a fellow archaeologist who was researching a sinister mystery.

Her search for her uncle leads her to the ruins of an ancient church on Malta where she encounters a dark secret from biblical times.

Players will visit exotic and historic locales including the Vatican, Malta and Istanbul in their quest to find Sylvie's uncle.

Chronicles of Mystery: The Scorpio Ritual is a third person perspective point-and-click adventure game and retails for $19.99.
